not really for number 1... your LH and FSH would be crashed however, which would raise flags/get them to test more shit. it depends on what scenario this is.. a doc seeing crashed LH and FSH would definitely order more tests, at least for total testosterone levels, and that would out you.

for question 2.... do more research my dude. that's not how it works. injecting exogenous testosterone will shut down your natural production, it won't just add itself on top of what you already have.

If you're on cycle LH and FSH are crashed. If you are injecting test and they check your T levels they will be high or extremely high depending on your dosage. Tren won't show up but will also crash LH and FSH, depending how many days you are on cycle (>2 weeks)when they test the value will be nearly non detectable.
Also I don't know how big and lean you are but the fact that a 'low test' person with hormonal issues is jacked as fuck raises red flags for any doc with a brain.

Also know that if they find a high test with low FSH and LH the only major diagnosis apart from steroid use is a testosterone producing adenoma (cancer). Something for which they would want a follow up examinations with ultrasound at first and later probably MRI or CT scans.

Note that tren can show up as estrogen depending on the type of test they use.

500 test E for 12 weeks.
Stats are 6'0", 190 lbs about 15% bf 22 years old. Been lifting for roughly 6 years.
My goal is overall improvement of athleticism for MMA. I do mainly "strength training" in the gym, aerobic circuit style excercises at mma, running 3 times a week for cardio (anywhere from 2-6 miles).
I am wondering if i should stack alot more extra bodybuilding style hypertrophy in after my strength and power routines and if that I'll get more out of my weight training by adding that in.
My goals are to overall become a better athlete, but awesome aesthetics are always part of the goal as well.

Would it be likely to gain any lean mass or strength on a first cycle while cutting? With lets says a regular 500mg test per week

I want to get shredded for my first cycle rather than bulking since my goal is aesthetics

as far as wheight lifting goes, it should be deadlift, OHP, dips, pullups, latpulldown, squats, and curls.

yes becuase the only real sign of overtraining is throwing up that very same night of your workout and poping a 103 fever but good luck trying to reach to that point to claim real over training.

Overtraining worries is for hypetrophy I'm sure.

I start heavy bench, work up to a 265x1 then drop down to 2pl8 for reps then down to 1pl8 for reps, and do the rest of my routine.

After my routine I go back to bench, either incline or regular, and if I can't even push up 225x1 I know I'm done. If I worked out more than that idk, it would suck, a lot. I wouldn't be able to do anywhere near what I know I'm capable of and my body is just telling me I'm done. It's day 2 after last chest day and I still have massive DOMs.

After some point if you push heavy weight and aren't on roids, your body physically can not push anymore for awhile and needs to stop. I like getting to that point every day and it doesn't require hypertrophy and I never have to worry about over training.

Idk I guess that's why the whole overtraining thing is a total strange concept to me.

you'll be able to push wheight but since you overtrained you wont be able to push the same wheight again next time you do it.

the reality of it is that you can still keep pushing some wheight regardless of how shity you feel. you have to mentaly treat it as work more than training in order to finish the workout though. your body will still grow regardless but it wont be able to push as much wheight as it once was.

hence why i say it takes 2 weeks to get used to that feeling before your ready to add more wheights on the third week. im used to high frequency and high volume due to my goals of having endurance strength. you can and will always be able to keep pushing how much after who knows though

Considering (in comparison, I don't do bb exercises and don't know the actual weight you push around) you do about as much volume natty for fun as I do juiced to my eyebrows pre-comp, I can only wait to see how you'll turn out in the long run, especially if you ever decide to hop on.

So it's just an issue of not taking a long enough break in between workouts? Lol. If I didn't have a 4 day split by that definition I'd be "overtraining" every day. It's just muscle fatigue, sometimes I have DOMS last 3-4 days but it's always fine on that 5th one. If I tried working out a muscle group before it recovered yeah that would blow. I can see why some PPL people or upper lower split people might have that issue.
