i eat half a pizza every friday and it sucks ass.

actually this type of caloric yoyo has been proven to be the best for weight loss.

let's say you eat at a deficit of 500 for 3 days and then on 4th day you eat all of those 1500 calories back to recharge yourself.

Not same guy, but when you are on low calories intake your body adjusts. So this recharge thing actually works, just don't sink in too deep - me, on bulk right now, I eat some lay's and cola every friday, but the craving for junk food after that, oh man
