You train chest with compounds then do triceps in isolation.
I'm cutting hard (want to finally leave fatty mode half way out) so I only train twice a week. Overtraining isn't an issue atm.

If Day1 you're doing Push then Day2 you're doing pull:

Key being: You can hit your arms twice in one week if you have only one push and pull day.

Day to day training is a meme, its all about the week

If you can pump out maximum volume with biceps only once a week (Back/Bi) then do that. But maybe your lifts are too weak after doing a lot of back.

In that case, doing biceps twice a week (Back/tri) would be beneficial because you will be more fresh for maximum lifting power. Or maybe you aren't eating enough and you'll overtrain and hurt yourself.

TL;DR: You'll never find an actual answer to that question. Stop looking at porn and just goto the gym and eat right, you'll be fine.

When I went to the gym 3-5 times I still fapped 10 times a week senpai, if anything I was hornier.
But I find longer recovery time allows me to progress in weight much faster otherwise I'm practically stalling. That plus cutting is why I've lowered it down to twice a week.
