Just farted under a 4pl8 leg press
Thought nothing of it
Finish set take headphones off
Music is silent and everyone is looking

jelqing

C&J and Snatches.

farmer walks

eye contact during bridges is the worst

how do you do these?
do you walk on the treadmill or do you go to the garage carrying the barbells?

cleans and ohs

Motionlessly hanging from a piece of wood with plates dangling between my legs.

This

Romanian Deadlifts...feels like I'm kind of just standing there humping the barbell.

this.
Also holding at the top of the deadlift for grip gains.

>4pl8 leg press
Dude I'm 70kg and lifting since September and thats my warmup

i usually train outside or at home but there was a lot of snow and rain and shit weather recently so i´ve been going to a gym and was the came-to-the-gym-to-do-a-bodyweigth-routine guy

>weighted sips

This
At a first glance people usually just think I'm moving dumbells around but I start getting weird looks after a few laps of the gym

theres a jacked black guy at my gym who gets a tiny kettlebell and hangs from the chin station and picks the bell up with his foot. he reaches down with one hand, grabs it, brings it up to the bar then back down to his foot. then he switches hands. he's massive/jacked.

I get looks whenever I do bodyweight
>full hanging leg raises
>muscle ups
>hanging wipers

and I can never tell but I get really scared some gay dude is staring at me when I do
>lying leg curls
>ab pulldowns
>hyperextensions

I'm running 4x20 for cardio while I cut for summer
But thanks for the input skeletor

garage? i just walk across the room and back

I'm starting to fail my 3pl8 deadlifts because of grip

Please teach me all I need to know for this to stop being a factor

get chalk

is it the time for it

i thought chalk use was appropriate at like 5pl8 level

when you hold your breath through a ~15 second static hold, drop the bar, and pass out

bb hip thrusts

Mixed grip dl is the straightforward move to make
I've been doing 1handed tbar pulls trying to work up past 1/2 the deadlift weight with the weaker arm to compensate for the lack of grip
Weighted pull ups and big boy lat pull downs are decent

If you just want to jump on bigger dl though get some wrist straps but you won't benefit in gaining grip strength

ah, this is actually mixed grip. i can pull ~90-100kg overhand

>If you just want to jump on bigger dl though get some wrist straps but you won't benefit in gaining grip strength

I can't say this isn't a factor, I do want big numbers, but I'd love to be able to bust them out without having to dress up. Baby stuck under a burning tree, you know.

Deep crunches on the lat pulldown station

dont get chalk, its fucking annoying for everyone else using the bar.

Don't worry, you won't get to a chalk level any time soon

legpress is a fucking meme, it varies from machine to machine how much you can do

The splits.

Chalk + alternate grip is fine around the 3-4 pl level.
Just avoid straps as long as possible, like 5-6 pl.

>Doesn't appreciate gyms where everything's covered in a fine dusting of chalk.

well, looks like i'm flouring my hands then.

looks like my next issue will be running out of space on the bar (corporate gym, thick fake pl8s, wouldnt want anyone to accidentally gains, right?)

Bent over barbell row. A few guys even told me to not bend my knees and lean, but straighten my knees and maintain almost a straight position to avoid back injuries.

Try the tbar pulls my dude just load the bar with 40-50% your dl
Dl stance over the bar and pick it up with one hand then hold it at the top of the lift for 10 seconds or until failure and it starts slipping from your grip

There's no shame in straps for a lift just no gloves and no bitch pad for a squat those are the rules

Also don't walk around the gym wearing straps on everymachine

> lifting with cross fit plates
You should find another gym tbqh

If you run out of room on the bar cause those shitty bumper plates, try things like deficit DL's, pause DL's, higher reps, etc.

All of them because I'm fat ;~;
(yet I needed to exercise anyway or else I'd die faster)

100%.

this

this shit triggers me hard
>Be noob
>want to do rack pulls
>you can only put 210kg or so on bar
fuck this meme
