Don't strain your shoulders for now, I'd wait until the inflammation is over. Should be fine either tomorrow or the day after.

Tomorrow, if the swelling is 95% passed, test to see if there's any dislocation or subluxation. Check with your fingers for deformities. Abduct your arms and compare, raise them up and compare, etc. Check if you have full mobility in both shoulders, if you feel pain with any of the movements.

If the clavicle looks completely fine and there's no pain, then I'd say you're pretty much free to bench on the next workout (not tomorrow).

If they don't look exactly equal but there's no pain, no instability, and you have full ROM, you can bench lighter weights and do rehab. The at the end of the next week, should be fine to go back to training 100%.

I wasn't eating much for some reason (I dropped training volume considerably, just by being lazy, and I suspect thats what caused it), I lost like 3kg and I just decided to go with it.

Heavist I've ever been on a scale was 93kg. Last time I weighed myself like a week ago I was 86kg. I think cutting to 80kg will get me to where I want to be, then I'll have a good base to bulk from (and bulk more slowly this time, so I dont get too fat again).

How I "bulked" before, was pretty shitty.

Sibilla Peeters, she's fixed up a lot of bodybuilders with shit physiques because of neglective coaching.
