Because I am tired of having skinny fucking wrists. People keep saying there is nothing but tendon or connective tissue in the wrist but for there to be a tendon there has to be a MUSCLE close by. How do I WORK those muscles so they gain MASS and a PUMP?

There aren't appreciable muscle bellies in the wrist in most humans. If you get lucky then your muscle bellies extend a little more distally, but most people aren't. You don't really have muscles in your wrist to grow. It's basically just tendons, nerves, vessels, and connective tissues.

extensor pollicis are muscles responsible for giving the thumbs up, i.e. extending your thumb.

extensor digitorum groups are responsible for finger extension, i.e. pointing your fingers out.

Get a heavy rod/pole device and do this. Also, train your extensors.

b8.. you can clearly see that "wrist" muscles are the same muscles as your "forearm" muscles... rather, they're predominately the tendonous portion of said muscles... the bigger you get your "forearms" the bigger those will grow...

The muscles for those tendons are all the shit in the flexor and extensor compartments. Doing forearms curls and extensions will work those muscles.

Being a wristlet isn't the worst thing OP. You can still get decently strong. I have 6.3" wrists and pulled 585 yesterday. At least they make your forearms look bigger in comparison.

My wrists have grown 3 cm in the five months of weight lifting.
Beforehand I was able to wrap my thumb and index finger around my wrist, but now I can't. All I do is the really standard arm stuff and my wrists will actually feel bloated and larger afterwards. Though I grip the weights really tight when I lift so that might contribute.

The muscles in your forearm control those tendons which control your hand.

You can see this in action if you wiggle your fingers. You'll see movement in your forearm. Unfortunately wristlets will always be wristlets and it just comes down to genetics.
