I don't always work abs, but when I do...

Thats not unusual. Everyone should have an ab roller

i dont get it
like how am i supposed to add any weight to my workouts
all i can do is roll back and forth

What if I have no one to roll it on my abs for me?

Did he just give birth to a plate?

bands and chains are pretty dope if you ever want to run conjugate method or something like it.
Other than that, specialty barbells, logs, tires, and atlas stones would all be pretty nice to have laying around, although I can understand why a commercial gym wouldn't want to keep atlas stones in stock

Or a log, for that matter. For something made entirely out of metal they're incredibly fragile.

Destroyer of worlds

Boobs aren't that unusual.

Wrist roller.

Swiss balls are legit. I spend about 20 mins every other session doing some exercises with one to warm down Amd stretch.
Whatever is going on in your pic looks like a meme though

Get proper form

Load your back with a plate (you are too weak to do that anyway, unless you are a skinny manlet)

When you can go from fully prone to one legged toe touch using the balls of the foot only under total tension both up and back you can complain about a lack of challenge. Until then, it's better to be silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

The huge ass lever makes you brace really really fucking hard tBh.
