Are you testing your strength every day? If your strength is going down you are not cutting correctly. Unless you are benching 4pl8 squatting 4pl8 and DLing 6pl8 don't let your strength drop on a cut. You should be maintaining strength and volume if not increasing. If you give even a little bit you'll fuck up everything.
Anything above 30 grams of fat a day is a fucking waste. If your overall calories are cut and your fat is significantly higher than that it means you are displacing protein and carbs. Protein and Carbs are the primary drivers of Strength and growth so never cut them and if you keep them consistent you can even get stronger on a cut and put on true lbm. Anyone who thinks this isn't the absolute truth is obviously a grease guzzling fuckhead who knows nothing about being full and shredded as a natty.

Lmaooo, dietary fat for vitamins and minerals sure but 8 grams with each meal is more than enough to absorb them all. Your body synthesizes cholesterol in the liver which is what hormones are made of so more dietary fat won't help that out if between the 30g and your body lipids(are you sub 8% bf?) you have enough. Don't skimp on Choline sources though that'll fuck your T for sure.
