but what the fuck do I snack on? Protein bars are a bit $$$$ and I dont want to carry a bag of nuts around with me.

this,. If im feeling snack-y i'll snag a little bag of nuts (usually almonds) or i'll munch on some celery or a cucumber.

Most of the time though i'll be satiated enough from my regular meal(s) that i won't have much urge to snack and i'll just manage through the day with a big jug of water

You don't. Just keep regular meals and drink lots of water.

i do get a little pang of worry when i feel hungry/my stomach rumbles (since im doing IF and Keto) and i think "this is nice, yeah" because it makes me feel like im developing an eating disorder but whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm much happier going to bed hungry than I would be hating myself because I just binged on fucking junk food again.
