EGGS

Slice potatoes ~1/4 inch thick
Dice garlic
Dice bell peppers
Dice onions
Beaten eggs with a splash of milk, seasoned with salt and pepper
Shred cheese of choice
Chopped parsely (garnish)

Procedure:
Render bacon over low-heat, flip when desired. Cook until crispy
Remove bacon and set aside on paper-towel-lined plate
On medium high (~350 degree), add potatoes
Stirring occassionally, flip when bottoms brown. Cook until soft
Drain excess bacon fat
Reduce heat to medium-low, add remaining vegetables
Cook until onions begin to brown, stirring occassionally
Reduce heat to low, season liberally with salt and pepper
Group food into center, pour egg mix around the sides
Allow egg mix to rest, then spread center food around evenly
Quickly break bacon into bits, sprinkling evenly
Season liberally with paprika, cook until egg mix begins to harden
Sprinkle with cheese liberally, cook covered until cheese is melted
Remove from heat, garnish, serve immediately

This morning was one egg ( scrambled with a little knob of butter ) on some brown toast with wilted spinach and a glass of fruit juice.

Tomorrow will be proats and some fruit with a coffee. I tend to alternate between the two.

Cheat days are toast and Marmite. God I love that stuff.

3 hardboiled eggs seasoned with sriracha
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup berries of your choice
1/4 cup almonds
8oz whole milk

>eating breakfast

Don't have a kitchen and can't get a hot plate, so I have to rely on microwaved/canned/dry foods:
>Oats
>Either greek yogurt or cottage cheese, with berries/a banana
>Can of tuna/salmon if lifting that morning
>Cereal on occasion

Two eggs
Irish oats cooked with spinach and cheese
Cup of milk and a cup of coffee

How about a cup of punch

I've been doing 3 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup of oats, and a banana.
