>tfw can curl 22lbs DB for 10 reps each arm

Why even live as wristlet?

What kind of curl? I can hammer curl 35 and I have 13" 'guns'
that dude is ridiculously attractive
16" at 5'6, I do 53 for 10 then another set to failure, trying to go twice a week with it strains my forearms.
35s, 14.5~
15kg
I have no idea arm length, but from one finger tip to the other is 186cm. If I stand with my arms out I literally make a perfect square.
45 lbs and I don't measure
>that feeling when you think your forearm bone is going to snap lifting too much weight
Being a long armed skeleton is suffering, manlets have it easy.
I managed to go up to 28kg for like 6 reps, kinda hurt desu usually stay around 20-22 for 10-12
is this ironic? i seriously think he looks like an alien
t. faggot
40lbs for 4x8-12
But that is after doing cable rows for 4x8-12 and up to ~50 chin ups divided into several sets.
17-17.5 inches.
On a bicep isolation bench I can get 10 reps with around 20 kg dumbbell, maybe more now, havent tested it in a while
Last time I measured arms were 38 cm around
Also 17 cm wrists
35s, 13" Measured two months ago
25lbs
14"
holy shit, you're arms are big for your wrist size
12.5 kg for 10
last time I checked they were just shy of 14" but that was like mid last year
Haven't curled in a long time, but last time I did I was able to curl 30's for 10 reps. No idea what the size of my arms are
35
16.5"
65lbs @ 10, maybe more i dont curl often.
18"
I curl a 90 lb barbell, 8 reps, 3 sets, but don't know the size of my arms. I weigh somewhere between 185 and 200 right now, not sure. 5 ft 10.
5'7" 147lbs
45lbs dumbells x 5
35lbs dumbells x 10
Good form, slow and controlled.
14.5" arms
I have weird ayylmao forearms that are way longer than they should so to match that I had to have small wrists, not gonna make user get away with it right?
Somehow I don't believe you.
45lb barbell 3x10 @ 15 inch
45lbs
16"-17"? don't really measure
arms are tiny for that weight
>20lbs
>12.5" arms
>6.5" wrists
feelsbadman
My arms shouldn't match my spaghetti personality
Though I have found that vid related is incredibly effective and I've noticed some growth so hopefully this will be the solution

bar curl 28kg
52lbs for 8
13"
wtf why are everyone stats so shitty here? 20-25 lbs is DYEL weight.
this
Do you measure arms flexing or not?
15" flexed and can curl 40s for 10.
13 or so unflexed.
35s for sets of 12. Something like 15'' biceps. 6 inch wrists though so forever a failure.
Theres like 2 people that posted that weight. There are people on this board that dont lift, fucking deal with it and stop whining like a pussy.
If you haven't already figured out that straight men do not understand what is attractive about the male form, you probably never will.
Did you read my height?
14.5" arms aren't tiny on a 5'7" guy.
They're nothing insane sure, but not even close to tiny.
no idea, but 16" arms
1rm barbell is probably 100lbs
75lbs/34KG for sets of 6
Arms about 21.5"
I only do curls to balance out all the tricep work.
>i dont curl often
>18" biceps
tell me another western
>he allows his arms to unflex. ever.
shiggydig
>15.5
>50lbs per hand x 8 reps.
I'm thinking my genetics hold me back.
>curl 45lbs dumbbell
>7,1' wrist
>11,6' forearm
>11,4 relaxed bi, 13' flexd
15kg
Dunno
>Curl 50lb dumbbells for 8-10 each, 80lb curl bar for 10 strict form
>Biceps are still dummy small compared to people who do similar weight and look jacked
Why am I even living
>tfw can only curl 30 lb dumbbells for 7 reps with 15 seconds between sets
>sub 15 inch arms
haha at least i'm stronger than the me in the past
are you 4'?
>21,5"
kek at your imagination, or post pics for proof
I can curl the 35 kg (77 lbs) bar for 12 reps, my arms are shitty though, 34 cms (13" and change). I'm a wristlet as well, 6 inches.
35's
14"
15.8" 35 lbs
Woah I might actually be 95th percentile here
I haven't tried 1RM but my current place in my current program I am doing:
- 100lb straight bar barbell 3x10
- 55lb dumbbell (per hand) hammer curls 3x10
Pretty confident I'll hit 3x12 for both in a week or two. Form is good. Arms are 16" flexed
Am I strong bros?
17”
12kgs 2x10
14kgs 2x10
Fatceps
>mfw iktfb
30 lbs for 10
Last time I measured my biceps were at 13"
Is that decent for someone with 5.5 inch wrists and baby hands?
Hammer curls 17.5kgs x 12
Curl bar = i think 38kgs x 10
15" arms
38 lbs for 10. Got 14.5 inchers
55 lbs
18,5 inches
40lbs, arms are 15".
Gay men have figured out an objective way of judging something as subjective as attractiveness?
weight is completely unimportant on exercises like that
on curls4gurlz?
No, these are queens thinking only FATT bearded instawhores are attractive.
I've been lifting for 6 months and never curled
my arms still grew however just by doing all those compound movements. Don't ask me how I have no idea. But point being, I never had to curl, what's the point of it? Is it useful at all for the compound lifts, because that's all I care about to be honest.
>15.5' biceps/arm
>7' wrist
Never did dumbell curl so dont know
what the fuck happened to this board, fucking armlets everywhere
15kg / 33lbs
17.5 inches
66 lbs x 10, my arms are about 16 inches cold. But big arms =/= strong arms, I'm training my arms for strength and size.
It's more of an accessory lift, albeit a good one. Deadlifts and other heavy compound lifts will make them grow for sure, personally I feel they just look better when you actually incorporate curls, at least as supersets. Get Dat bicep vein pump too.
CURLS FOR THE GIRLS.
Holy fuck actually wrist is 6' just kill me
45 lbs
Little over 16" arms
175 lbs
No idea what wrist size, ain't gonna look for a tape measure either
It's also really useful for keeping your elbows pain free. If you want to be strong, you need monster triceps. And having antagonist imbalances tends to result in joint pain when lifting and an increased rate of injury.
Even the fucking Bulgarian Olympic team, masters of doing nothing except squatting and the competition lifts, would do curls if they were having elbow issues.
Ofc, talking about dumbbells.
I think maybe 30 or 35 for reps but I haven't done singular dumbbell stuff in a week or two.
>almost 14 inch arms
I know that feel famalalam
How do I avoid this feeling?
I can do 30kg for about 8 reps with solid form, albeit one arm at a time as both is too heavy and makes me rock back and forth.
But my arms are fucking small, especially since I lost a lot of weight recently, I just measured and I've gone from 16 to 15", so I am literally a DYEL now, funny how things work.
Are you some kind of faggot, This thread is a fukkin disgrace to the god-emperor rippetoe himself all hail, Ive never curled in my life my arms are naturally
THICC18"
from lifting
>H E A V Y W E I G H T
I have, read it and weep
40" thighs
get on my level
I'm a homo and I think that guy in OP is really attractive. I've also been ridiculed by other gay guys for my taste. I'm just not into the "classically handsome" look.
>measured his arms flexed
>35% body fat
You were once a baby who couldnt even lift 1lb
You may be able to lift more now but your intelligence sure as hell didnt change
To finally learn that hypertrophy > strength training for mass gains
My arms absolutely fucking exploded the moment I started doing 6 to 8 exercises 4x12 just for forarms and biceps.
...
44lbs / 20kg per hand
15' / 38cm
35 lbs
12 inches
eh
retarded thread. nobody curls with proper form anyway
You think that's bad? I can strict curl 35s and my arms are like 11.5".
>Assuming how much you curl affects arm size and it isn't the triceps.
How I know you're DYEL?
Is that the wrong way?
I would have thought to be more consistent you'd measure at maximum each time
>tfw you will never be this attractive
why did I have to be a turbo manlet and ugly
Preachers at 110lbs, 16.5 inch biceps.
fastest way to grow your arms ?
do you need strength first or just go into 12 reps immediately.
50lbs 23kgs per hand
17 inch biceps
more volume
Pick up weights and put them down
rarely do curls but 3x10 with 45's and 17.5 inch arms
>15 inch arms
>17kg curl 8rep(i always use lower weight tho)
I my biceps are small compared to my tricep :(
45lbs, 19" bi's with pump
do your curls. i lift at a gym with a bunch of highschool asian powerlifters and all they do is the compounds. I've never seen them do any accessories and they all have sub 2 plate benches. What they don't realize is that if you want a big bench you need big arms, unless you insist on arching to a ridiculous degree with 1 inch rom (even then bigger arms would help). you want everything to be compact and sturdy when you lift, thats why big arms and lats are huge on the bench. my arms are just over 18'' and my last test day put me at a 390 bench
50kg x 8 (barbell)
15,75 inches
>390 bench
It still fucking amazes me how people do this. I've been lifting seriously about 3 months and my bench only went up from 105 to 130 and I'm really pushing with everything I got.
