I try to do neck-holds

I was pretty weak at first but can hold it for 30 seconds now.

Just make the knot in pic related, hang it on something that can hold your weight. Step up on a chair and then try to hold yourself up with your neck muscles. It's pretty tricky the first few times but once you get into it it's pretty fun!

I would STRONGLY recommend a spotter the first time you do this though.
