Seriously? Hack squats? Hack squats are a knee destroyer. The few times I tried the hack squats, my knees instantly started hurting and I had to stop.

I don't think he means hack squats performed on the hack squat machine. Look up free hack squats. They're like a diddylift, but done by squatting down.
