try rolling the shit out of your ham strings/hip abductors

>try rolling the shit out of your ham strings/hip abductors
What do you mean?
This happenned to me when i first started squating. It still happens if i forget to do a warm up set. Itll go away eventually. Or you can do
dude, who the fuck would do that in a gym? thats gay as fuck
>warm up set
Please tell me what's your warm up set.
someone who wants to unfuck their hips
no disrespect i got the same issues, but i would rather go to rehab sport or physical therapy than look like a faggot doing the shit with the kettle ball and rubbing the bar around my dick...
some exercises at home with body weight would be great but this bb rubbing shit is nothing for a gym were you want to be taken serious
M8 why do you care what randos at the gym think of you?
They mean literally nothing, do what you've got to do to restore normal function, you massaging yourself with a kettlebell won't even be the weirdest thing you'll see at your gym this week
Anyways it's hard for the average normie to talk shit about what you do if you're bigger, stronger, and leaner than them
>thats gay as fuck
Whatever man, i fuck gym twinks in the shower and get my dick sucked, don't care nothing about "gay as fuck"
yeah but have you ever seen some buffed or ripped dude doing this shit? i didnt
APT - Anterior Pelvic Tilt
OP probably got it, its easy to fix tho
I just do the bar for 10 to stretch. Im still fairly new.
is all bad posture easy to fix? or does it depend on the location of the curve
I'm dealing with APT right now, and working on core and some of the exercises that I find on youtube. Could you elaborate on the ease with which it is fixed please? Thanks
dont know, just talking about apt here
youtube.com
But apt causes lower back pain
Never gonna make it
Why rolling shit over tendons help a lot with the pain
>Itll go away eventually
How long did it take? Did you do anything like stop squatting and stretches?
Since this is a pain thread..
I started lifting like two weeks ago. I did back squats and front squats. Last Thursday I put same weight as my back squat, didn't stretch and went for front squat. Hurt my back.
Now I have lower back pain. It's very mild pain and I only get it when I get up for bed and feel little discomfort when I walk. I looked up lower back pain on various site and they said that back usually takes weeks to fully heal.
Should I avoids lifts that involve my back for weeks until I'm 100% pain free? Or maybe I'll be fine with lower weight and more volume?
At least this situation was educational for me. Now I'm going to worm up and stretch every time..
Could be femoral anterior glide syndrome, a lot of people misdiagnose their hip pain as a strained muscle/tendon
Sure it's not just sciatica?
Yea just rest it and take ibuprofen, Supermans + Mcgill's big 3 until its better.
