try a face mask, if it doesnt work its probably open pores where lotion and steamy hot sauna helps. Atleast it did for me

Sebaceous filaments. Everybody has them. Impossible to get rid of.

Welcome to the club. Nose looks like a fucking strawberry every week. Tried the strips and they do close to nothing. The tool is GOAT but not good for the ones on the side of nostrils. Tool also hurts like a bitch for tough black heads.

yeah it will, super bad for your capillaries and will only widen your pores in the end. Clay masks and a possible BHA is the way to go.

I've cleaned them up now using the tool and a lotion that is good at this but not much white stuff came out really, I think it is just big pores isn't it user?

That's what I thought but that tool isn't getting them out, I guess I just have to keep going with this L'oreal men expert black charcoal wash, apparently it's good although I would prefer picking up something stronger if that is possible

Those are blackheads, use simple cosmetics designated for that regularlyto get rid of those.

They aren't blackheads. They are sebaceous filaments. It's very easy to tell when you "pop" the filaments because it will be like a semi-clear little teardrop shaped thing, sometimes with a really tiny "tail".

A very easy way to tell is if they are flush with the surface they are almost certainly filaments. If they are raised then they are blackheads.

Do not ever try to pop sebaceous filaments. When you have a shit ton like this on your nose it's probably what they are. Your only solution is surgery.

I've got the same exact problem. I've been cleansing twice a day, using toner twice a day, exfoliating 2-3 times a week, that digging tool once a week, and using mask type products 1 - 2 times a month.
Still haven't gotten rid of it after 2 months

Second this. I tried getting rid of them with the acid and they look better for a day and then they come to the top of my nose and look even worse
