People always say its impossible to target or isolate lower abs because all of your abs is basically one single muscle. But how is it possible then to specificly target your upper-chest with incline movements? Your pecs are one musce aswell?

I don't even know if this is true but if it is I'd imagine it's because abs and pecs are very different structures so what works for one won't work for the other
