Keto diet:

Anyone try it? It's great. Its the first diet I actually enjoy being on cuz I can eat fat, especially bacon and 90% chocolate. And I've been too damn lazy to exercise the last 2 weeks and I'm still losing weight and I don't have cravings bc fat fills you up.

Note: I haven't actually checked to see if I'm in ketosis but I've been keeping my daily net carbs low enough for the last month that I probably am.

Check the carbs on the chocolate again.

Lindt 90% chocolate - 14g carbs per 10 squares. You can have a few squares per day and still be under the limit.

1. Keto doesn't gives you any proper energy
2. Thus you fell for the meme
3. Alias you're retarded

1. huh, i guess all the people who feel good on keto are just lying then

2. this is actually a continuation of the first "argument"

3. >alias

hang yourself my friend

>Keto doesn't gives you any proper energy

I have more energy on Keto, it's literally your body using fat instead of carbs as a resource. Because of this you don't crash and have to eat every few hours, you just keep going.

>everybodys body is the same boss xd

some ppl benefit from keto. others feel like shit on keto

They don't take enough potassium

>others feel like shit on keto

because they do it wrong, i.e. just eating bacon

i've done all that shit and i almost passed out while squatting.
again just because it works for you. it isn't gonna work for everyone else

Well i guess you have a shitty genetic when it come to ketosis. I feel great on keto

we will see about that 6 months from now!

I have more energy on KETO.
Back when I started outI went for a few months without keto, then started.
I noticed I catch second win much more easily, and I can do more reps easily.
It's like my muscles just don't get exhausted nearly as easily.

>no proper energy
>what are hard glucose barriers

Someones obviously never done actual cardio before.

It's been 9 months now...

i know. 6 months from now we will see

Wtf ? How could you know that ?

So you're saying if something works for 15 months then stops it would be useless?

Useless if you want to get big.

>Started keto 2.5 weeks ago
>Done it before so water loss constantly replaced
>No keto flu because electrolytes
>Strenght up slightly
>FBW every second day
>No more impulsive behaviour
>Mental improvements
>Went from 103kg to 95kg (ofc some water loss but not entirely)
>Energised and motivated
>Coco oil in coffee

Training on keto was the best thing I've done in my life. Cut fat, lost water, built muscle. Had shitloads of energy.

I had trouble falling asleep though. Brotip: eat a banana before bed (your brain cannot synthetize melanin without carbohydrates).

i just know m8
im saying see you in 6 months

I use weed to help with any keto unpleasantness

Ride a century snacking only on fat, tell us how that goes.

Ok so you are either god, the mossad or a troll. Which is more likely ?

>not realising keto is superior for endurance
OK

lol me too, I just didn't want to advocate this. weed on keto always gets me shitfaced, bcs of low blood sugar :^)

plus ripping a bong in the evening after hard day in the gym is so relaxing...

I microdose starting at 8am (helps with ADHD (as does keto btw))

Never stoned, always relaxed and clear. Sleap like a baby.

Do you have a single fact to back that up?

Friend of mine is an olympic athlete. Although he cannot use it in athletics, many of his acquaintances in endurance - especially in cycling - have reached their personal bests on keto.

Good enough for me.

how do you microdose weed?

so no facts

I roll a long, thin weed-only joint; I inhale twice every 2-3 hours. Shit works for me very well for ADHD and anxiety, considering my effort-intensive life

How do you think it'd work for boxing/mma?

Not sure for sparring (for obvious reasons), but I do 15-20 minute cardio sessions with a boxing bag - works wonders for technique. Similar if you do BJJ. (3 years shotokan, 3 years muay thai).

In addition, I always lift after taking a hit. Makes me work harder and increases my focus on my form.

I found it to be too restrictive, especially when it comes to fruits so I'm sorta on a keto-lite as in I'll eat a bananas, apples, etc after a meal or a chocolate bar before strenuous exercise ie. one hour climb (cycling) or occasional weightlifting. Haven't noticed any difference in performance but I'm not hungry in the morning and I'm visibly leaner than before so that's that. Also, ditched bread, pasta, sweats (when I'm not exercising) which is probably the best thing about it.

this seems like a weed post rather than a keto post

420 blase it bish how bow dat

tried posting about keto here

shit got confused between posts. i'm currently working.

keto would not work for boxing/MMA because you need explosive strength

direct glucose access is therefore needed rather than ketosis

Wtf ?

What's FBW?

full body workout

oh so you're a novice lifter

Despite keto being received so harshly on fit it did work out great for me. I eat once a day and aren't hungry at all.
