Don't think about how long it takes. Just take it a day at a time and sooner than you think you'll start being happy with your results. But if you keep thinking about how long it takes you'll just get burnt out. Focus more on the process rather than the end result and just learn to be happy with where you're at currently because chances are you'll stay miserable if all you care about is how you look. You don't need to look a certain way to respect yourself. The fact that you're working to better yourself can be enough of a reason to.

Would you rather still be obese in 3 years?
It didn't take you 3 months to get to morbid obese, it won't take you 3 months to get fit.
And besides, if you want to stay fit, even when you're "done" you're not done, you'll just mantain or bulk. So chill and enjoy the ride / learn to enjoy the ride.
>these are the people posting manlet, penis size, and Chad threads
How insecure are you?
I think its pasta
I appreciate the support but maybe try to town down the autism. Three years seems like a long time for people who want immediate results.
>not bullying OP so he works harder
NOT GONNA MAKE IT
Some day I can look just like you, Chad.
I did a bro split while I lost weight. I had no idea what I was doing. Intensity and consistency are way more important than your program.
Nice facial gains.
