in all honesty though, work on jumping once, and immediately exploding into another jump right after landing.

do like said, also try wearing some kind of weight vest and run around in that shit all the time, jump with it. when you take it off you will feel like you can fly and jump over a skyscraper

Vertical jump is largely genetic, you can maybe increase it a couple of inches with training but you just have to live with what you're given.

I'm stuck on the B team since injuries 3 seasons ago ( epic car crash).

What really worked for me years ago when i dunked, was to add heavy dumbell squats after my legs day, and do alot of reps and do them db squats as fast as possible; while still maintaining good form ofc.

Also dumbell lunges and jump rope really help 1 legged jumps i feel.
