Tuna Recipes

soop fit,

I'd appreciate some easy tuna recipes (like 3 ingredients tops) that you eat since I can't eat tuna on its own. (the smell kills me).

Either go with a little Salt + Pepper, or tiny bit of mayo + mustard.

Tried the second one, it doesn't cover the smell tho. I need something that makes the tuna a tasteless chuck of meat.

Feed it to your cat friend.

Tuna for human consumption comes in steak or fillet.

What you do is cook a nice steak
Throw in some veggies and then some rice
Then get your can of tuna and throw it in the bin

Google /fit tuna paties

>hnar, hnar, hnar!

Can of tuna
1-2 tbsp of mayo
Black pepper

optional:
Garlic
Diced leeks

Thank me later

If you like salads make salad jars (You can prep a few of them ahead of time).
Put the tuna on the bottom, put whatever vinagrette dressing on the bottom, layer your veggies from the wettest to the crispiest (lettuce at top) and close it. Let the dressing soak into the tuna, shake it up a bit, and either dump it into a bowl or eat it out of the jar.

Cats shouldn't eat canned tuna often dude.

Get a can of tuna in vegetable oil, not that salty-water stuff that makes it dry.
Drain most of the oil out, cut half a white onion into little cubes and add a quarter of a lemon's juice all into a bowl, mix and eat, as is or with toast.
TL;DR :
- 1 Can of tuna
- 1/2 White onion
- 1/4 Lemon juice

Straight out the can

tuna with oil, grab an onion and dark rye bread and you will eat it in the russian way

Mix it with cottage cheese, season and slap on a toast.

All the answers here suck. Hommus my nigga. Hommus.

Add some spinach and chow that down.

mix 1 part tuna and 1 part mashed potatoes, turn into patties, pan fry in olive oil

hard boil 3 eggs per can of tuna, remove the yolk, chop up the white, add to tuna and mix in 1 tbsp of low fat mayo.

Same as last one but instead of eggs add a cup of white rice (cooked)

Fuckin' hell do you faggots even lift.

Put tuna + 1 egg +flour + bread crumbs

Mix that shit together, form patties

Fry in oil/butter.

Eat that shit, dip it in whatever sauce grabs ya.

Buy oil canned tuna not water

underrated post

can of tuna + pile of rice + tin of baked beans +/- salt, pepper, hot sauce or sauce of choice

Tuna
+ginger
+garlic
+soy sauce

are you gay? the smell of tuna should get a man's testosterone going.

Lemon juice and sweet relish plus some spices (i do salt pepper paprika) cover up the tuna taste pretty well. Chopped celery optional

Squirt a little ketchup in and eat it all directly out of the can like a fucking animal because you're single and don't give a fuck anymore.

Can of tuna
2 eggs
1 clove garlic (minced)
Green onions (chopped)
Juice of one lime
Salt to taste

Mix everything together and fry it in a pan with olive oil. Cut it into patties once it's cooked.

I've been doing the following for the past couple of days and enjoying it:

>Tuna
>Egg white
>.25c oats blended into a flour
>Onion
>1/2 tsp mustard
>Sometimes peppers
>Sometimes low fat shredded cheese
>spices
>Blend all together, fry in pan with nonstick spray in the form of 2 patties
>sometimes put it in a sandwich thin with siracha mayo with more fucking cheese

wa la

Mayo mustard franks hot sauce and crushed ritz. I eat that everyday

-tuna
-cottage cheese
-spinach
-pickles
-hot sauce

dat shit good

only eat solid yellowfin or albacore, chunk light a shit. it's only good for covering up the smell and swalling it for gains.

This looks like the most delicious option so far.

Best way to cook tuna is to take it straight out of the container, drizzle with olive oil and roll in sesame seeds and salt then straight onto a searing hot pan

Drizzle with soya sauce to serve.

Another great tuna recipe is Tonnato sauce:

>1 tin tuna
>6 anchovies, if in a can, add the olive oil too
>1-2 tablespoons of capers
>Lots of olive oil
>Lots of mayo
>Good glug of lemon juice
>Touch cayenne and dijon mustard to taste

Blend until creamy and smooth and have on toast/bread with red onion salad and it's the most delicious way to eat tinned tuna imaginable
Also goes incredibly well with lean pork/beef and things like oxtongue

This is what I do, pretty good

Throw a can of tuna in when cooking eggs.

mayo
pickled relish
little bit of mustard
paprika
salt

spread on bread and enjoy

Heres my recipe (family favorite)

1. Throw this disgusting shit in the trash
2. Buy chicken breast

Hope it helps god bless

ditch the chunk light tuna, try the solid white albacore, it comes in the same packaging and is not nearly as fishy

>I need something that makes the tuna a tasteless chuck of meat.
No, you don't.

Cook some pasta, set aside
Fry some minced garlic and crushed red pepper in a moderate amount of EVOO
Add tuna to pasta, pour the olive oil and garlic over it all
Salt, pepper, lemon
Enjoy.

>White onion
Yech. Swap that shit out with capers.

LISTEN

Cum on your tuna

Like juice and ketchup.
