Everyone should cook for themselves. It's a skill you basically need in order to be healthy, unless you're somehow like a 1950s man and went from mom's cooking straight to wife's cooking. These days though you're not gonna find a girl to cook for you constantly lol.

thats what i do lol. either chicken on a bed of raw spinach with some dressing, or spinach sauteed with garlic, salt and black pepper to go with anything. the latter also lets you eat a metric fuck-ton of spinach easily since it condenses so much
