well doings, good boi

>tfw 110lbs up to 140lbs

Uh-oh

well done friendo

hey bro we're gonna make it

270 -> 184 here
I told one of my new friends that I used to weigh 270 and he said I looked like an average guy. That really made me feel good.

what about the loose skin
can you use your belly skin as a fleshlight now

Not OP, the second guy

I'm starting to see some loose skin but I still have a pretty high BF% so it's not hitting me that hard yet. Really my main concern is that I'm a titty monster and I don't think they're going away, I could give less of a shit about loose skin and especially stretch marks.

>150 up too 190
I did it... I can finally stop shoveling food into my mouth until I almost puke

I will never understand this, eating is great

You couldn't. You couldn't give less of a shit.

No, I could.

330lbs->202lbs here.

That's my exact same change in weight, how tall are you

Good work OP. I hope to be you soon. I'm down to 189.

270->237 I am trying hard, just relapsed yesterday, only blame myself though, today is a new day

>148 to 152
Why isn't it going up

fucking 285 --> 251 Its starting to get noticeable.

>was 230
>lost 30 pounds over the winter
>constantly thirsty
>doctor thinks I might either have cancer or an endocrine disorder
Feels extremely bad man

carry on my dude

Tell me how you did this please

Awesome. I started at 330 about 6 months ago, down to 285 and much stronger.

Holy shit, and you guys are sure it isn't just from exercise?

I've been trying to bulk up. I've been eating like a fat ass and it doesn't seem to help any.

We're all gonna make it, bros

300 down to 260

We're all gonna make it. I hope it's not cancer but the earlier you catch it the better.

>tfw finally gaining weight from 140lb, every lift is going up

It sounds like the beetus, breh

>Excessive thirst and increased urination
>Excessive thirst (also called polydipsia) and increased urination (also known as polyuria) are classic diabetes symptoms. When you have diabetes, excess sugar (glucose) builds up in your blood. Your kidneys are forced to work overtime to filter and absorb the excess sugar. If your kidneys can't keep up, the excess sugar is excreted into your urine, dragging along fluids from your tissues. This triggers more frequent urination, which may leave you dehydrated. As you drink more fluids to quench your thirst, you'll urinate even more.

>Weight loss
>Weight fluctuations also fall under the umbrella of possible diabetes signs and symptoms. When you lose sugar through frequent urination, you also lose calories. At the same time, diabetes may keep the sugar from your food from reaching your cells — leading to constant hunger. The combined effect is potentially rapid weight loss, especially if you have type 1 diabetes.

Get that shit checked if you haven't already. I really wish you good luck regardless.

He probably has NO lower body mass and is all upper body.

Yeah it looks impressive but, damn. Ah well. Guess I'm jelly as fuck that a dude that weighs more then me can do the human flag and I can't even get half way off of the fucking ground.

Ruled that out unfortunately.

Nothing in your life can be changed unless you have either the money or the willpower to do it, and you probably don't have the money.

>260 at my biggest
>start racing bikes
>three years later I hit 190 at the end of this season.
>going to the gym, off season sending it with trash diet, hit 200.
>stronger than ever but 10lbs is a pain to haul around
>feel fatter and more disgusting than ever.

Does it ever end?

I did a cut for the first time last month and lost over 10 pounds.

Lying on the internet?

How DARE you?
