I'm probably measuring it wrong. I measured it just above the protrusion of the bone, at the thinnest part between ankle and calf. If I measure it at the thickest part, it's actually 13" and if I measure it below there, it's 13.5".

Well, I have scoliosis, so I'm short for a 6'5 guy. I think I'd be around 6'9 or so if I could straighten out my spine. Everything on me is super big. Size 16, 4E US shoes. Size 8 hat. Huge, thick cock (7.75x6.25; looks small on me). Et cetera.

There's a few charts, but 'medium' is up for interpretation.

Small is generally up to 7-7.5", medium7-7.5" to 8-8.5" and large is over 8".

But, I'd say realistically, if you don't have wrists greater than 7.5", you're small and won't ever make it without roids. Even then, once you come off roods you'll be one of those people who instantly lose all their gains because you're frame wasn't designed to hold muscle.

I'm not even mad, but the forearm size is bullshit. I've trained for 1 year now and never did forearm training, only deadlits and static holds and my forearms are already 12.5".

My wrist is 7.5" measured like in OP pic but 6.5" measured like three inches down.
