fuckin mirin

How are these ez oly bars? My gym only has the small ones. I wonder if these are the only bar i need for a homegym

I like it. It's a bit weird but I kinda like doing Lying Tricep Extensions without the knurling. Weighs about 14kg. Fairly sure the shaft is thicker as well, the company I bought it from market the normal ones to women.

Thanks man, probably my favourite possession(s). Does not need anything else really. Thinking of getting the lat pulldown/seated row bit for the rack but it is not necessary at all.

...

yeah cables would be nice but you can live without em

how much are they

No one cares what town your trash can belongs to m8

I have the same rack and bench

800 dollery doos without shipping. All it is really good for is lat pulldowns and seated rows.

Is that a custom decal? Pretty sweet setup.

I'm Australian so it is garbage m8

put arnold up instead of those dumbass pictures but its sick

fuck thats way more than i thought

Rate my homemade squat rack

it goes it goes it goes it goes

I'm moving to a new house with lots of free space

How much would it cost to build a home gym with a Jacuzzi, machines, free weights, some tv screens, sauna and floors of marmol and wood.

Whatever-it-takes.png

$30-40

100,000 Us dollars

I can't believe someone actually did that. Why didn't they do Jefferson or hack squats?

I have a millonaire friend who's dad has the best home gym I have ever seen, with hydromassage pool, benches, weights, machines, racks and all the bloody stuff

Shit is awesome

Only plated loaded as well which makes it a pain in the arse. One day I might get it. I need to go Bunnings at some stage and get the stuff for a barbell jack though.

Someone was telling me as well if you want microloading stuff ankle/wrist weights are a very cheap way to get it done provided you are not doing clean, snatches, etc

...

>Finally stop an intense set
>Jump in the pool from the pump and swim to the end and back
>Finish my sets.
I would never get fat again.

How much did this cost you? Did you buy new or used?

>work out to favorite TV shows, music videos, and 4K porn
>cool off and do "cardio" in between sets

Yeah, built the platform myself and the decal
Yeah I know. Just set it up 2 weeks ago, haven't got all the fancy stuff yet.

I started off with used plates(2.5, 5, 10, 15 and 20kg) oly barbell, 15kg bar, training bar and squat stands from Iron Edge. That was 800 and all I use from that know is the barbell and maybe the plates when I'm using both barbells(rare).

The dumbbells with the addon weight(up to 54kg), the rack, adjustable bench cost about 3200 with shipping from memory.

The ABC plates, toaster rack and powerlifting bar and the ez curl bar were about 1800 from memory. The platform was 100 or so from a pool place and Bunnings.

5000 of the actual stuff I use day to day. Very happy with it.

Looks shitloads better than mine. bretty gud setup

Thanks. That's a lot more than I was expecting, but everything looks high quality. I'm moving to a low cost area for grad school in the summer, so I was thinking of renting a house and setting up a home gym in the garage. I'll probably look for stuff and buy bits and pieces used off CL while I work out at the school gym.

I don't I usually comment but I'm drunk and I have a nice gym in my home.

It has a baheoom, a heat sauna, a stationary cycle, a treadmill, a small pool, an open space for yoga, a power rack with oly platform, and an all in one lat pulldown/row/legs etc. The sauna cost me $10, the 360 mirrors cost me $3, all the equipment cost me $13 (inc DBs), the electricity and lights and TVs $5k (2 TVs) and then some other misc expenditures like exercise balls and towels and ab rollers and shit (all the toys) $3k total

You could get it all a fuckload cheaper on Craigslist. Iron plates will save you alot of money. Spend a bit of money on a barbell though, don't get a piece of shit that has the collars screwed on or knurling that feels like it has been sand papered off.
