Stop isolating the biceps and do a workout that trains all the arm (especially forearms in your case). Chin-ups and Pull-ups do wonders in the arms and back, and if you add some intense variation of push-ups you already trained half of your upper body.
Right now your arm looks really weird.
you can isolate biceps if it's literally 5% or less of your routine.
His arm looks really weird because he doesn't have his triceps as developed as his biceps, which ironically training triceps over biceps is what gives you the bigger arm because the triceps are the larger muscle group.
All you guys think I'm only isolating biceps, meanwhile I'm doing Texas Method and pullups.
