You don't know what the duck you're doing. Google a TDEE calculator to get an idea of your caloric needs(remember, it's just a ballpark that you'll have to adjust depending on results) and eat 500 kcal less than that.

Also if you're sedentary you'll never feel satiated with how few calories that will end up being, get some goddamn exercise

Did some more math. going w/ 13 days since you said less than 2 weeks. That's 4700 calories per a day. If you can't control you diet properly you wont be able to cut

I'm also 5'5 male. I eat at a minimum 2000 calories and around 2600-3000 on days with heavy squats. If you want to up your caloric intake, up your muscle and lift more. When I was a recovering fatty at around 180, I had to eat around 1700 calories.

Also, why would you eat PB when trying to lose weight? If you're eating 1200 calories for whatever reason, which you shouldn't be, supplement with whey protein to meet your protein needs. Try to grab about 130-150g. Eat less calorie dense foods and since you're probably a fat fuck, keto and IF would benefit you for losing around 20 to 30 pounds. Afterwards, the rate of catabolization is most likely not effective or efficient enough and you should switch to a standard diet.

However, I'd seriously recommend you eat at maintenance or even bulk for a period of time to increase your caloric expenditure via increased muscle mass.

you failed even at finding and using that calc. Typed in your stats and it says 2100 kcal. -500 gives 1600kcal. Stick with that. 1200 is too low

Eat 1k more but walk at least 60 mins a day and lift 3-4 times a week. It doesn't need to be that hard.

I've done a couple DNP cycles and ran EC a couple times, based on my experiences I prefer the EC. Obviously you can do both at the same time (I did before), but it just isn't worth the sides vs EC alone. As long as you have something to occupy yourself with (work, school, video games) and you aren't just staring at the wall all day, you can cut with whatever deficit you want. Its not magic, you're going to feel discomfort, but its not a feeling of gnawing in your stomach that you would get normally
