Not joking, I am pretty socially inept, but I live in a city with a metro area of a few million people.

I encounter so many that I eventually come across people with compatible social ineptness. I can also passably interact with normal people but it's hard to maintain interest on both my and their parts (but that's OK!).

Move somewhere with more people and find a hobby group.

I was in the same situation except i was a few years younger and what i did was join the army. I still didn't have a girlfriend for the three years i was there but i made a lot of male friends and went out a lot. Once i finished in the army i had a chaf personality and plenty of time for girls so i had sex with about 30 girls in two years.
Whatever you are doing is not working you need to make a drastic change if you really want to get out of your rut and remember that having a girlfriend wont cure your problems and in fact it may make your life worse.

You download it, input the sites you want blocked. Set a timer and then boom. it's blocked. It won't let you uninstall it after it's blocked.
