When I was like five, my dad lifted at the Gold's in Reading. He took me to the daycare once and I don't remember what happened but I got banned for jumping up and down on a girl who was older than me (she was fine I think). That's my 'gym in PA' story.

I went to real back when it was called American fitness, still get a 1 week membership when I go back to Erie for the holidays. Was nice being one of the smallest people at the gym, very motivating

It is a nice gym. The atmosphere is both motivating and intimidating with those huge dudes in lifted F150s. Still, a nice place.
