Not OP, but what should my butt routine look like if I don't want a huge set of thighs and calves too? I see all these women with nice plump asses and teenie little thighs, minimal calves - I've been doing weighted lunges, squats, box jumps, stair climbing... all of it's working and I grew an ass, but I also grew some big quads and I just realized my calves are so big they can't fit into my fucking skinny-legged jeans.
