This will be my first post on this site.

I've noticed alot of negative effects on my body the past few months, and just now taken it serious.

I think might have to much estrogen in my body.

- Man boobs have started growing

- My dick is not as hard as it used to be

- Sex-drive is down

- I have very low energy levels

- I have gained around 10 kg's (22 lbs)

I have just started to get my fatass back to working out, and have been following a program the past few weeks.

My question is, have do i revert the damage (if it is possible) i have done to my body? I want my hard dick back and sex drive up and the man boobs gone.

Will working out and losing weight get my testosterone ?

Go see a doctor and have a hormone panel done. Not really normal for your test levels to suddenly drop if that's what happened.

And if the test checks for low levels?

Stop eating meat and dairy... They are factors of ED and cause wait gain and are filled with female hormones

Gaining weight and being a fat slob will affect test levels, but it's reversible. Lose weight, eat a healthy diet rich in protein and good fats, quite watching porn, and gain some muscle. Just quiting porn can make a huge difference (I assume you watch, which most guys do).

you can get test replacement therapy or try and incease test by:

>lifting weights
>getting more sun
>fucking girls (easy!)
>doin g high intensity anerobic exercise (like lifting weights or sprinting)
>getting more zinc and magnesium in your diet

I do consume alot of dairy and meat.

Bullshit. Highly processed meats and dairy (highly processed anything really) is bad for you. Quality meats and dairy are god tier for test.

Animal fats and meats are needed for hormone production. Excessive eating of meats and carbs is horrid for you though. So Eat less meat and only natural carbs and indulge in unnatural carbs rarely.

definitely get zinc and magnesium, i pop a pill of both in addition to all the other vitamin sources i have.

Any pills I should take for it? What do you recommend? Multivitamin maybe?
