its probably the tastiest and most versatile meat, every day i eat two shoulder steaks, about 350g worth, cooked up as a curry, as well as 250g of ground beef as a bolognese, then a 5 pack of chicken thighs in the evening. highly recommend pork, if you're euro you dont have to worry about it secretly being halal either

I usually go for pork shoulder (apparently called Boston Butt in US) because it's so cheap.
Compared to lean (10% fat) ground beef,for 100g, it's 8g more fat and 3g less protein. Seems pretty acceptable, given the price difference. (roughly 4:1)
Anyone has other cuts to recommend?

you have to brown it off at a high temp in a pan to get rid of the fat, but then its usually quite tough, so i then slow cook it into a curry
