Should I deadlift on Legs day or Back day?

When do you Deadlift?
Back day or legs?

Once a year, on International Deadlift Day.

Pull day, so back

Only autists do deadlifts

If you arent on gear you should really consider switching to full body or 2 day split

>brosplits
>not PPL

I dont understand if this is a meme or not.
Deadlifting is functionally a push

i always did on leg day because that was my shortest day.

>He doesn't have a deadlift day

I do them on back day

It utilizes most of your back, so it makes sense to deadlift on a pull day.

how the fuck is picking up a bar off the floor pushing it away from your body lol...what do you count your dumbass dropping the bar as the movement?

Push - weight moving away from center of gravity
Pull - weight moving towards center of gravity
Should be pretty simple, familio esteves

I'm not doing then now because I want to max my squat and my legs have to be fresh for squats and are completely burned out when I finish squatting.

stupid cunt

>leg day

You can do them on either day but choose one.

If you do it on leg day, save it for your last exercise

If you do it on your back (pull) day make it your first

I do it on my pull day and make it the core of the day.

Jesus Christ.
It's like Veeky Forums seems to think its illegal for a natty to have been lifting longer than 2 years.

OP, deadlift on deadlift day.

I deadlift every workout.

Technically speaking, all exercises are pull. When you contract a muscle? It pulls the limb toward it.

Are you a tard? The deadlift uses the most muscle of any exercise. Do it first so that you are fresh for the others and can more easily focus. Not last when all your muscles are exhausted already.
