Why do I keep seeing this at the gym?
You know how you see people doing weird shit on youtube, but almost never in person?
This is the exception, at least 2 or 3 times a week I see a woman doing this on the abductor machine.
Why do they keep doin it? Did buzzfeed write an article on how not using the seat is the "One weird Trick" to losing belly fat or something?
