I got my testosterone levels checked out of curiosity rather than medical necessity and it came back as
15.5 nmol / 447ng/dl
I'm 29 years old, 6'3. Is that anywhere near enough test to be hitting the gym with? I've lifted on and off for a few years with average results; I look decent flexing in good lighting with a pump but look pretty unspectacular when stood normally. I've always felt short changed in terms of muscle gain but I put it down to insufficient caloric intake at my height. I was eating 4000 kcals a day for a few months and most of it went to my stomach. I eat between 3000 - 3500 a day now and my weight has stabilised at about 177 pounds.
Looking around studies on this, the 'normal' range for male test levels are 348 – 1197 ng/dl but everyone knows how fallacious this may be with the apocryphal 90 year old diabetic transvestite being included in the range. 447 is obviously at the lower end of that range. Is there much difference between 447 ng/dl and, say, 700 ng/dl? What level does a mild test cycle boost one to?
I've pretty much optimised my lifestyle in terms of sleep and diet.
Also, those who have been tested themselves, what were your results and what did you change as a result of them, if at all?
Just fucking lift you autistic fuck. You don't need rich piano man levels of testosterone to make gains. I swear you cuts will have so many excuses for being lazy. Yes, you could have more test. No, it does not matter, in fact, lifting will only help to bring it up slightly.

"You should know that treatment of low T has an excellent chance of helping you feel better. Not only do many men experience improvement in their sexual function and return of their old desire for sex, but they also say they feel like their battery has been recharged. They say they feel younger, more vigorous, or "the best I've felt in years!"...
Even after all these years of working with men with low T, I continue to be amazed at the ways in which T therapy can absolutely change a man's life. Not long ago, I saw Justin (all patient names have been changed for privacy reasons) in the office one year after he began testosterone treatment. As a fifty-two-year-old man, his original symptoms had been limited to reduced sexual desire. Otherwise, he told me during his initial visit, he felt perfectly fine.
"Doctor," he began, "as you predicted, my sex drive came back quickly. What I hadn't expected, though, was how much better I would feel in other ways. In retrospect, I'd lost my zest for life, but I didn't realize it at the time because it had happened so gradually. Within a couple of months of treatment, I felt better than I'd felt in years. I'd always been creative in business, but I had let everything slip. In the last six months, I've started two new businesses, and I'm helping a colleague with the creation of a nonprofit educational company. I'm now excited to wake up every single day."

eat eggs everyday and cut out the dairy, stay away from bpa laden plastics. remove soy. sleep more. get more vitamins and minerals.
Not him but since when is being healthy a meme? If I wasn't on my phone I could post studies for bpa, soy and dairy, the only things you could possibly say are memes.

I'm this guy and I'm planning to spend most of 2017 experimenting with natural test boosting protocols.
Here are the things that should definitely help (multiple sources with real science/studies supporting them).
1. A lot of our testosterone is converted to estrogen via aromatization. High insulin levels lead to more aromatase. Practice intermittent fasting to control insulin levels. Avoid sugar like the plague. 2. Eat more dietary fiber; it will bind to free estrogen. Broccoli is great because it's high in DIM, which I plan on supplementing with for the next few months just to see how it goes. 3. Lift heavy (5 reps per set). This increases test and gh production. 4. Eat lots of healthful fats. I've noticed a strong libido boost mega dosing fish oil (24g a day, spread throughout the day with meals). 5. Zinc, magnesium, vitamin d3 and vitamin k2 all support test production, not to mention other functions like bone density, et cetera. Buy high quality magnesium like citrate; it won't make you run to the bathroom the way the cheap stuff will. 6. Get plenty of sleep.
You could try D Aspartic Acid, Tongkat Ali (200:1 extract), cistanche tabulosa and Bulbine natalensis. They all have extremely strong research supporting their ability to raise test in rats. Pine Pollen has mostly anecdotal support but seems to work wonders for the people who have tried it.
This is all very, very good advice. It fucking sucks that BPA and other xenoestrogens are everywhere. Once you realize how widespread they are, you start to realize how fucked the modern world is.

Sounds like you were doing something wrong. Eat 3500 calories of CLEAN food and work out several times a week and see where that gets you. 177 is pretty skinny for 6'3".

This. I eat lots of cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach). I take zinc, magnesium, d3, fish oil, eat lots of protein and healthy fats. You'll notice a huge difference in how you feel, and you you act inside and outside the gym.
Benjamin Young
anything plastic, look for a 'bpa free' label on it.
so far i'm not sure if any gallon jugs of water come bpa free, which worries me since i like to drink a gallon of water a day.
Augustino's story provides a slightly different perspective on the benefits of T therapy. Augustino is a distinguished professor of political science at one of the prestigious universities in the Boston area, who was unsure why he had been referred to me. "I'm not certain my problem is in the field of urology," he said, "but my regular doctor referred me to you because he thought I might have low testosterone. The thing that disturbs me most is that my brain doesn't seem as sharp as it should be. And for the last year or so, I feel like I'm just pushing time, going through my daily routine without any excitement. Since my whole life is dependent on being curious and mentally sharp, I'd be grateful if there was something you could do to help me." The professor's blood tests revealed low T, and I started him on therapy. At three months he came back for his follow-up visit. He jumped up when I entered the room, with a big smile on his face, and clasped my hand in both of his own. "Doctor, thank you so much. I feel like myself again. I've started writing a new book. And my students seem pleased that I remember their names again!"

Is eating 15 eggs a day bad for a 18 yo skinny dude who is bulking and who is also trying to recover from all the masturbation he did as a teenager?

Don't make your test level an excuse for your shitty low intensity workouts and inability to commit to improving yourself. That fuckass hormone isn't the problem, you are. If you're that insecure about it go /fraud/.
Angel Baker
you remind me of my old self haha, i thought it was fine too but it's not buddy. it plays a major role in cucking the males and lowering testerone.

please stop being a submissive cockmaster, or is it that masturbation totally controled your head you're even defending it right now?
jerking your penis is not a natural thing to do and not a single succussful or important person sits around for 2 hours a day searching for filthy porn to blow his load on, that it just too bad and if you deny you're a chronic masturbator and you are controlled by the jew controlled porn industry.

I've been through the heart of darkness, the hurricane, it means rewenga, it means omerta.
Fapping is bloody fine just dont get mental and do it 300 times a day.
If it wasn't natural then every single human on earth wouldnt do it, ive even seen chimps do it.
Blaming all your problems on masturbation is just retarded scapegoating, your real problem is your lack of drive and confidence.

>cut milk Why? Milk is the only dairy I consume and cheese rarely
Nathan Martin
24; 8 with each meal.
Milk is FULL of estrogen. Like many people, I spent the first 30 years of my life naively assuming that humans couldn't absorb bovine hormones since our physiology isn't identical to that of a cow and it has to pass through our stomach, which is full of acid that should break down and destroy whatever we can absorb. Wrong. Dead wrong. Humans can and do absorb and process all sorts of nonhuman hormones that simply resemble human hormones—ecdysteroids, xenoestrogens, phytoestrogens and phytoandrogens just to name a few. More worrying is the realization that bovine growth hormone and it's derivatives, specifically IGF1, is readily absorbed by humans and can have a deleterious effect on our health. For most people, it just gives them acne. But if you have cancer cells in your body, it could potentially make them grow rapidly.
>Milk is the only dairy I consume and cheese rarely Most of the estrogen is in the fat, which makes its way into the cheese. Of course, milk sugar (lactose) is notoriously difficult for humans to digest and many lose the enzymes needed to digest it with age. This can lead to cramps, bloating, gas and diarhea. Really, just stay the fuck away from cow's milk. It was never meant for humans to consume. Soy milk is obviously just as bad, if not worse due to the phytoestrogens. If you really want a milk substitute, drink almond milk. Low in calories and high in calcium.

This thread made me google "foods with high estrogen" and top one is dried fruits "especially dried apricots". I put dried apricots and raisins in my oatmeal. Should I stop immediately or it's a meme? Oatmeal is so fucking boring to eat otherwise
