Dumbbell Rear Delt Flies

glad to see someone giving power cleans some props, when you're done with a set, few exercises make you feel as powerful. for me using dumbbells for rear delts, i just don't care for it, i mainly do rear cable flies, face pulls, and lots of rows for my rear delts. the tension disappears at the top of the movement with dumbbells.

IMO the best full body work out there is, except for maybe Clean and Jerk, which is basically a power clean ending with a push press.

i think you're mixing up a power clean and a full clean.

this is why i wish there could be a thriving /owg/ but not enough people do the lifts or have an interest in them.

Im trying to learn power clean to add it into routine (I can clean now 100kg but its ughhrhrhhshs back snappening snap)

explaining it to someone who isnt familiar with them its easier to just describe them as basically the same. Its not like a Jerk is a push press, but to a normie they are very similar .

You should be able to CnJ much more than you can bench.
