bench: 155 for 5
+25 kg or + 25 lbs ?
all of that is in pounds
0 to 0
BW: 73kg
Bench 60kgx6 absolute garbage and im ashamed
Dip: 20kgx8
Don't know because I'm too scared to add weight on dips
What is your chill to pull ratio?
>bench 215 for 1, 185 for 5, 155 for 12
>dip bodyweight (145lbs) for 25, dip 25lb added for 10-15
i train bench all the time never dips
150lbs bw
190x12 bench
15 dips no weight added
Bw 175lbs
Bench 1rm 275lbs
Dips 1pl8 for 15, 2 pl8 for 10 max effort, and 2pl8s and a 25 for 5
>tfw ~25 body weight dips
>tfw 155 and bench 185 for 6
I bench 230 3x6
I weigh 185 and do dips with 90lbs attached for 3x6
Bench is 310
Dip is 155 x5
170lbs body weight
Bodyweight 155
Weighted dips +65x5x3
Bench 195x5
exact same stats m9
So you're actually assisting +15lbs when doing dips?
bench lmao1pl8, dip bodyweight:148.5 lbs
Damn that's a nice bench how long lifting?
bw: 175lbs
bench: 225lbsx5
dips: bw+90lbs x 5
Bodyweight - 192
Weighted Dips - BW (192) + 50lbs 3x8
Bench - 245lb 3x5 275 1rm
both are proportionally weak so i think thats a good thing at least
Body weight: 145
Bench: 225 x5
Dips: bodyweight + 2pl8 x10
176lbs
weighted dips with 45lb plate=8-12 reps at end of chest workout.
Bench 225 for 4-6 reps
>Tfw doing that first Dip™ of the day
>bench 245 x 5
>30 dips without weight
>20 pull-ups (give or take) without weight
>bw 200
Never tried weighted pull ups or dips even though I know I should, they just don't have the right equipment for it in my gym.
They don't have dumbbells you can put between your legs?
Whenever my dips get super heavy, I get an extreme amount of pain right at my sternum. It feels like the bone is being ripped in half. Not like DOMS, but immediate "holy shit your body is breaking" hospital pain.
Something about the motion just doesn't jive. I cant load up more than 100lbs without feeling like my chest is about to implode.
So, I stick with lower weight (2pl8), and more reps. I want to load up more, but I literally feel like It would kill me.
Anyone have any experience with that and/or solutions? =/
I do full ROM to parallel +going deeper, and I've tried going upright and tried moderate angles & large angles. No idea how to move forward with this.
Ive gotten up to 135 at 175 bw, and after doing my reps it felt like my traps and shoulders were going to explode off my back. Going super heavy on dips seems to fuck people in different ways.
6'1", 195 lbs.
DB Bench: 120's 3x8 (I don't flat bench)
Dips: 3pl8 (135 lbs.) 4x5
My tris have always been way stronger than the rest of me. That's why I had to switch to DB bench, flat bench wasnt getting me the stretch I needed to develop my chest and my tris were doing all the work.
Everyone is physiologically different, you may just have the wrong composition for super heavy dips senpai
Yes that's a pretty common problem with dips
Bench: 275 for 3
Dips: 15 unweighted
Bodyweight: 230
bench 210x7 (lb)
195 bw
i can do 20 unweighted dips
Who the fuck compares bench to dips?
