ur either not doing it correctly or just need to get used to it because its your first time

incline press is also very dependent on the bench you have. if you have a steep incline bench with the supports positioned in a shitty way, then you probably wont be able to bench very well. if there isnt one of those metal things to use to support your feet or the bench isnt positioned for you to get good leg drive that will be a problem also.

you take the bar really low and push really horizontal, this isnt flat bench, touch your chest higher and push less towards your head, its supposed to be a straight line, unlike bench and ohp

I think you just mean power bar. And unless you're benching a lot (like a couple hundred kg), it probably won't make a big difference tBh. Even Eddie hall benches with like an elephant bar and he's doing like 225kg for sets of 6

maybe it's because nothing does matter and in a very small fraction of the universe's current lifetime everything humanity ever has done and ever will do will be completely obliterated and forgotten about for eternity

it usually matters to me though and that's what gets me through each day

its always about preference, i for example put it right at the base of my throat, that way i cant cheat and the bar goes in a really straight line and i get a sick upper chest pump, but i do it for upper chest hypertrophy, but the main goal is to hit the upper chest. i dont have a lot of arch when benching so the nipples would be nearly my flat bench contact point.
by taking the bar too low and arching aa lot you just try to turn your incline bench into a flat bench and thats useless, go really focused on form and not on strength. i inc about 85% of my flat and ohp about 70% of my bench.
