I think it'd be more understandable for you to have less testosterone while not fapping. After all, an orgasm is an orgasm, and if you're not overdoing it, having orgasms regularly "should" send the message for your body to produce more testosterone. But it's not like I'm an endocrinologist or anything (and not like endocrinologists would have a definitive answer as well)

i would say fapping once every 2 days would be a good healthy pace

there was a chinese study that said that after 7 days your test goes up by 147% i think and then drops down to baseline at day 8
