you need to start light with shit like kettlebels and build with it, you can do kettlebels deadlifts aswell squats. After 2 weeks you will be able to squat bar x5 easily

if you can't squat with only bar do goblet squats with dbs

if you can't bench or ohp bar do it with dbs

if you can't deadlift the bar do it with dbs
