Thanks for the replies, but believe it or not I've been working out for years! I can do 8 pullups, deadlift 120kgs, 30 pushups etc... so I'm not convinced it's as simple as "do a beginner routine". As I posted I look more muscular when I lose BF, but then I have literally 0 tits.
