Usually first 2 weeks of sheiko my knees are killing me so I foam roll my abductors but more recently I started using some shitty knee sleeves and my knees are doing great.

I don't think the sleeves are gonna fix your problems. My advice is start doing some wall squats to learn how to properly sit back during squats and re-think your cues to push out knees more.

My lifts are going up which is good. My bodyweight is going up too which is ok but I keep getting sad my bw ratios are going nowhere or backwards slightly. I know it's a bit stupid but it still annoys me.

Anyone excperienced with elbow pain? I got it from squatting, this I am 100% sure of since it flares up when I squat but I don't notice it during any other lift. Seems like tendonitis. How do I get better again?

i swapped to ssb for a while and ended up hurting something else anyway and having to take time off, was okay by the time i came back

so you could try ssb if you have one, high bar if not and quite possibly you might need to just rest it

How much more can you low bar squat vs high bar squat?

I haven't done low bar in ages, but due to knee issues I gave it a shot. I hit 315x3 and it was very easy compared to high bar. Thinking of dropping high bar for a bit and doing low bar instead.

Alright, I'll try to widen my grip yet a little bit. I already have my thumbs over the bar, never managed to wrap them around.

Weird thing is I had this problem before and it went away when I corrected my grip to how I do it now.. Don't have SSB, but I guess I can try high-bar for my lighter sets so I get some extra rest at least.

could also be a shoulder mobility issue affecting things but i was never really able to do much about it so cant tell you anything else

I think the Adidas Powerlifts are about that price (don't know exact exchange rates). Relatively low heel compared to pretty much every shitty 3/4 inch heeled shoe on the market make it better for lowbar squats and all deadlifts.

You might theoretically get the Sabo deadlift shoe (about the same price as the Powerlift, if I recall correctly) and try squatting in that. But I can't guarantee that a flat heeled shoe would be good for squatting in.
