If you're comfortable with that amount of mass, cut it down. If I were you I'd wanna bulk with a high volume routine for a little bit longer, but thats just me.

stop doing split cuz your chest isnt growing, you have only visible core and its beacuse around 10-11% of bf, at 13 it wont be visible at all

ice cream fitness will be good at your stage, you will build solid lower mass and had bigger upper body volume so you wont end t-rex mode

Really neither, you need to hit your chest and abs hard to he cach them up with your arms, otherwise I guess cut a bit, but really maintaining would look best.

I dont wanna be a dick OP but you need to lift heavier, eat more and remain consistent. Youre dyel right now no need to worry about body fat. Keep going youll be ottermode soon if you keep it up.
