Seated dumbbell rows, OHP, benchpress, bent over rows, etc. The problem is that your shoulders and back are not strong enough so you lurch a bit and it looks like you are bloated/have a beer gut.

Look at your profile while having shoulders back and standing up straight, the gut goes away. It works for me, so it could for you. I'm slowly getting a nicer profile because of it.
