TM or C6W, sheiko is dumb as an early intermediate because you can progress so much faster than the program does

If a normal person squats 4pl8 they diddly around 5pl8, but I squat 440 and diddly around 425.

Basically you pull sumo alongside conventional for a few months IIRC

But why do you think it has to be perfectly proportionate and that your deadlift must always be bigger than your squat?

I don't know if it must be proportionate, but I definitely feel like my deadlift should be larger than my squat because everyone around me is that way and watching PL comps the deadlift is where the total is made. That is unless I am some freak that's talented at squatting.

I think your perception may be off actually, excluding certain monster deadlifters.

Some of us compete equipped, and deadlift becomes even less than bench.

how do you actually bench with good form no matter how hard itry my shoulders always come forward even just trying to practice good form with the bar,

You don't fix your working weight form by going ham with the bar for a start
You want to do plenty of sets of 2-3 reps with 80% so you can actually change your form and carry it over to maximal weights

You probably need a stronger back and more shoulder flexibility if you can't even do it properly with the bar. You most likely have tight pecs as well.

Work on your upper back/rear delt musculature. Think about actively pulling the bar to your chest on the eccentric.
Also, trying to fix your form with very light weight is not the way to go.

There's a lanky black guy at my gym who weighs maybe 170lbs; I've never seen him squat, he benches around 185lbs, and yet he deadlifts 6 plates with a regular bar (as in not a ipf bar or a deadlift bar)
