I've used it in the past and all my lifts went up etc, but it makes your muscles look kind of puffy and if you're already fat/bloated it can accentuate that

I used to take finasteride since I was 18, cuz back then I notice I was losing hair. I stopped 1 year ago (i'm 24) and so far haven't noticed any difference in losing hair. I have a thicker hair due to the treatment, but so far I managed to keep my hair line.

Studies, which my drunk ass can find for you if you really want, have shown monohydrate to be at least as effective as creatine in pill form. Plus it's a billion times cheaper.

So, no, they're not worth it. Just get powder. That being said, if you brought some, or your Dad got you some or some shit, it's still very much usable. Just perhaps not the best choice budget wise.

Buy creatine, its the single best supplement I've ever taken and the cheapest. There are no side effects, you don't have to cycle on/off you can just take 5g a day from here on out.

I had been working out for over 3 years having never tried creatine before, I plateaued in strength pretty hard and wasn't really getting anywhere, within a month of taking creatine all of my lifts went up 25lbs for the same number of reps. I feel much more energised in the gym and able to throw around the weights.

I have heard its a person to person basis on benefits of taking it but for a measly $15 a tub its worth a try.

Nice cherry picking. Their recommendation is because of the unknown side effects of circulating androgen composition. They are god damn sure that creatine fucks with your hormone profile, and therefore needs more research because of the "frequency in using". There is a reason why the goverment is 10-15 years behind everybody else in recommendations, it's because they need several papers and not just one, in order to justify new guidelines.

no, creatine is one of the longest used, most researched supplements out there. The science behind it is simple, creatine aids in the body's creation of ATP. More ATP = longer workout (or more reps generally). Seriously go research for yourself instead of trusting a bunch of people on a Afghani animated porn forum
