Nice example of a vegan lifter

So we can agree that being vegan makes no difference to gains. If you roid your gonna look like a roider, if your natty your gonna look natty, vegan or not.

Saved

t b h im just going to continue eating a balanced diet

thanks for the input tho babe

Its how much of a gay cunt you are

Get your fucking faggot mature perspective out of here

>Eating ribcages is mature

Lol

>tfw dairy based diet
Feels good man

We're talking whole food plant based diet here. That means no oilcuck, sugarcuck, processed-food-cuck and certainly no animal-product-cuck.

Most of the studies that guy posts are on vegetarians and are therefore completely irrelevant.

Enjoy your estrogen and fat emulsion, cuck

Meatlets on suicide watch!

I was a vegetarian for the first 16 years of my life and became morbidly obese

Started eating meat and lost weight with ease

Sage

Come on, not even the most devoted retard won't go and claim meat is better than veggies for losing weight

Actually an overabundance of carbs and a lack of protein could cause you to become overweight

and yes, the addition of lean meats, a good source of protein, can help this

you can work around it, but this is the shit that happens if you jump into veganism with no idea of what you are doing

Lol

Have you just completely missed the whole keto movement?

A vegan diet is not inherently healthy. Oreos and beer is vegan. What is healthy is a whole food diet. No population on earth eating majority starchy carbs had an obesity problem.
Unrefined carbs are filled with fibre and water, which make them extremely filling. They don't make you fat.

i do all this life is good. Never been as fit, or ripped. Lean all year, no effort. Way healthier than ever before. Also going vegan is something im very happy about.

Post good recipes or fuck off.

shouldnt avoid nuts, seeds or avocado. its prett good :DD

Yeah that is just for fatties looking to lose weight as fast as possible. Avoiding all high cal foods is easier for them but not necessary for anyone else.

>an overabundance of carbs and a lack of protein could cause you to become overweight

Overabundance of calories* causes weight gain

>and yes, the addition of lean meats, a good source of protein, can help this

There are healthier sources of lean protein.

>you can work around it, but this is the shit that happens if you jump into veganism with no idea of what you are doing

That one is correct, yes.

It honestly slipped my mind.

To all ketofags: eat whatever you want but please don't "advertise" your diet.

drmcdougall.com/health/education/recipes/
There is tonnes more online. Just google.

>To all veganfags: eat whatever you want but please don't "advertise" your diet.

>To all ketofags: eat whatever you want but please don't "advertise" your diet.

Why not? It works very well. The fat drops off and the bad cholesterol and shit comes down.

Yeah it works for weight-loss but that doesn't mean its healthy long term. Plant based also leads to weight loss. Even popular paleo writer acknowledges this (i used to be a paleotard)
youtube.com/watch?v=KFfK27B_qZY

youtube.com/watch?v=es4PFR5GZTY

What makes you think keto's not healthy in the long term?

Well there is not many studies long term on keto I don't think. Meanwhile there is a huge amount of evidence on the benefits of plant based. Its your choice of course bro. Check this video if would like more info.

ignore vegan threads
there is no argueing with a vegan
theyre all pale low test skinnyfat weak retards, regardless of how healthy they think they are

False analogy, vegan diets are healthy
Calorie restriction is what works, not bacon instead of beans

I used to laugh at vegans just like you once user. Maybe one day you will take the redpill too.

...

>Calorie restriction is what works, not bacon instead of beans

No, you're wrong. It's not that simple, despite what the sticky says.

>It's not that simple, despite what the sticky says.
Not that dude, but it really is that simple. If you want to keto to curb your fatass sugar cravings, that's fine. But it's not a miracle brah

>Not that simple

True. Eating low fat and high carb forces your body to do de novo lipogenesis. I don't want to tire you out though because all the saturated fat has probably gotten to your brain and you can't think much.
BTW, ketosis is a disease. You are literally sick.

>No, you're wrong. It's not that simple, despite what the sticky says.
OK please disprove calories in, calories out then. Word of advice though, instead of posting it on Veeky Forums you should publish it in a scientific journal as you have just disproved the second law of thermodynamics lmao

are there studies about diet that has split like 95% and 5% animal based diet, or anything like that. I'm very sceptical about avoiding all animal based food

Dr.McDougall is based as fuck

Well not sure about studies but the traditional Okinawan diet and Tarahumaran diet contained small amounts of animal foods. I doubt 5% will make much difference either way.

The bigger issue is controlling satiety. If you eat foods that make you feel full you will eat less calories. That's how whole food plant based works. The food is high in water and fibre, meaning it has a low caloric volume and therefore you eat less calories.

>implying i want to live a long life
i'll stick to my roids and fast food.
