deadlift 169kg
bench 92kg

3 plate (started squatting again like 2 months ago after knee injury) 2 plate (i guess never really tested it and i have really lanky arms) 5 plate tested in gym

I just can't believe this. I'm a lazy ass "lol legs" fag and even my deadlift is 335 to a 2pl8 bench.

I'm not saying I don't just fucking suck all around but I shouldn't be benching twice what I squat
