What are your current 1RM on squat, bench and DL?

What are your current 1RM on squat, bench and DL?

squat 147kg
deadlift 169kg
bench 92kg

3 plate (started squatting again like 2 months ago after knee injury) 2 plate (i guess never really tested it and i have really lanky arms) 5 plate tested in gym

>Doing 1RMs

Do you really want to visit snap city this badly?

>squat
1 pl8
>bench
2 pl8
>deadlift
2 pl8
not sure why I fucking suck at squat

You fucking suck at deadlifting as well

Squat 235Kg
Bench 135Kg
Deadlift 255Kg

>bench = deadlift

I just can't believe this. I'm a lazy ass "lol legs" fag and even my deadlift is 335 to a 2pl8 bench.

I'm not saying I don't just fucking suck all around but I shouldn't be benching twice what I squat

>squat
155 kg
>Diddly
188 kg
>Dip
+55 kg. Dont bench

>I shouldn't be benching twice what I squat

you aren't

2*60 =/= 100

230 bench
340 squat
315 diddly

>What are your current 1RM on squat, bench and DL?
Haven't 1RMed on all of those since december.
Back then it was
Squat 205kg
Bench 150kg
Deadlift 220kg

Right now I'm 10 kg lighter and 3RMs are:
Squat 183kg x3
Bench 130kg x3
Deadlift 193kg x3

>s - 60kg
>b - 100kg
>d - 180kg

>counting the bar
Do you count the air resistance too?

>Squat
120 kg
>Bench
90 kg
>Deadlift
180 kg

I wish I did more ego lifting, I have lanky arms and quads, big traps and wide back. Looks kinda weird

>>Dip
>+55 kg. Dont bench

this hasn't been funny for a while

>60 kg squat
>180 kg deadlift
what the fuck am i reading

here's a news flash: if you're pulling 180 but can't squat at least 150, you're either ego lifting or have shit form (which is kinda the same).

or you have long limbs

>ego lifting
I just told you I wish I did ego lifting, my arms are really tiny compared to my lats/traps

I just suck at squatting. I have no mobility in my ankles, I have long stiff lanky legs, the movement doesn't feel natural at all to me even after 1 year of squatting

I think some people just aren't squatters

>he doesn't add the weigth of his feels to every rep

I've been working out at home for years on and off, why do I suck so much?

Squat: 65Kg
Bench: 70Kg
Deadlift: 100Kg

I don't have a squat rack, so never really did many squats. I could probably deadlift more but I only have 100Kg of weights.

According to strength standards all my lifts are untrained to novice besides my overhead press I'm nearly advanced on my overhead press!?? I can do 65kg for sure but probably could 1RM 70Kg and be "Advanced" I have done way more benching and even squats than overhead press, what the hell?

I'm 6'3" with long ass arms and legs.

What's with everybody having a fucking poverty bench?

Even the cyclist and the welterweight amateur boxer can bench press 110-120kg in my gym.

Actually, not counting the 12 year old kids and my toddler, everybody who's not a 1month wonder can bench press over 2pl8.

this might all be true, but that just means you haven't found the right form yet. The hip mobility needed for a flat-back deadlift is sufficient for a squat. I'm just going to assume you haven't tried around enough yet.

>I've been working out at home for years on and off, why do I suck so much?
because you lack discipline and continuity. lift properly for longer periods and you won't suck, it's not hard user

>I've been half-assing this thing, how come I'm not good at it?
cmon

330 squat
405 dead
230 bench

finally fixed the cues on deadlift and bench and they fucking exploded over the last 3 months.

>why do I suck so much?
>on and off
That's why.
Consistency is key. Actually moving and carrying shit in everyday life is also key.

If all the physical activity you do is lifting at the gym, you'll have lifting stats like yours, who also happen to be my stats when I first touched a barbell, at 24 (didn't know how to place the bar on my back and held the bar like I was resting a behind the neck press).

Yeah true. What about my overhead press? Any idea why that would be so good? I seriously can't figure it out I don't train it and don't do anything in life that would make me strong in that lift.

Shit I think you've just taught me I'm doing squats wrong if that is what you're talking about I have been resting it on the back of my neck/shoulders for squatting, where should it be placed? That is what it looked like in the demo vids.

>my overhead press I'm nearly advanced on my overhead press!?? I can do 65kg for sure but probably could 1RM 70Kg and be "Advanced"
you are push pressing, not strict

I don't know dude, I bought shoes for squatting, I went to the local powerlifting gym for advice, I've filmed myself and asked around on the web. It has gotten a lot better but it's still shit even though I've tried pretty hard

then again it's hard to get good at it if you hate doing them

maybe you've been doing it more often and more intensely than other lifts? maybe just good genetic disposition? could be a lot of things

it's not a very difficult lift too, like it's easier to have a proper OHP than a proper squat.

220/130 (JUST)/250

Bench 230
Squat 285
DL 330
OHP 140
Bodyweight 165 lbs

havent tried more yet

feel like u should deadlift more with a 147kg squat

I'm definitely not push pressing, I wasn't sure but just watched the beginning of the Warrior Science yt video on it and I'm doing strict press, don't use my legs at all just arms and off the chest.

squat 34kg
deads 50kg

One month in. I just can't go beyond 26 in bench, i'm getting mad over it.

What's your current 1RM?

Worthless, kid, it's worthless...

And now, you have the audacity to ask me for help?

pls b kilo

look up high bar versus low bar placement and decide which one is more comfortable for you.

Why are deadlifts so hard.

squat lol have fun with your knees bending backwards
deadlift I'm not trying to become a hunchback
bench see deadlift

Do you have some kind of medical issue?
Your squat should absolutely not be heavier than your DL.
At the point when I had about same bench as you my squat was lower than bench but that is because I did it with shit form and injured my knee. When I fixed my knee squat overtook bench fast.
You need to get your DL form checked

High bar vs low bar isn't just about where you prefer to change the bar, it pretty much fundamentally changes the squat. I find low bar much more comfortable as far as where the bar rests, but train high bar because I prefer that movement.

>Your squat should absolutely not be heavier than your DL.
dumb post

Nice argument.

>Your squat should absolutely not be heavier than your DL.
tell that to CWS

I just recently started working out desu. I could probably lift more, but I don't go hard on deadlifts since I'm kind of afraid of fucking up.

Which one? I'm guessing Child Work Space

How does it look Veeky Forums?

How do you guys attempt 1rm, particularly on bench, without a spotter?

on bench dont use clips just in case and just roll of shamei swuat with bunoer plates so i can just dunp that

You ask someone in the gym to spot you? Not that hard you autist

Squat 265lbs
DL 312lbs
I don't bench. My OHP is 169.

I can be autistic but I'd rather not ask. Most of the people at my gym are egolifting curlbros.

Not him but is this actually a serious question?

I've seen people with worse results, never underestimate how bad people are at this
