Katom

Anyone on Kratom here?

How has it helped with your fit goals or does it not factor in?

Nofap/noporn is over a month or two now. And flying if I take it before lifting.

Isn't it a mild sleep aid?

It feels like a mild opiate and amphetamine to me.

It's really just a based plant

It is a mixture of different psychoactive alkaloids. Some of them are rather potent opiod-receptor-agonists. Thus you can get hooked pretty easily and it is outrageous that kratom is promoted as a nootropic or harmless supplement.

I know people who are physically addicted to it.

Just treat it like phenibut on off days

I did it for 3. Months nonstop and didn't get noticeable wd

My 8 months pregnant sister is addicted to this shit. The rest of my white trash family is happy that at least she's not drinking and using hard drugs this time around, like she did during her last pregnancy.

It seems to have different effects based on the strain. Some are more like meth, some are more like a mild opiate. I don't see how either would improve workouts or help you reach fitness goals. Maybe it could work as a weight loss aid, since most junkies end up really skinny looking.

Do you know what stains she uses?

And yeah, I'd say weight loss I the main benefit.

Have you tried it?

but if you don't have withdrawals after stopping it then is it really physically addictive? sounds more like just a psychological thing.

comparing kratom to heroin is like comparing coffee to meth.

sorry about your sister though man.

I find it's actually more enjoyable due to the dopamine release

kind of nauseating. feels ok. mild opiate. probably better than alcohol, but it will of course mess up your digestive tract. constipation/really bad shits.

kava is superior, but does not address pain, only anxiety.

I was briefly physically addicted, but I fixed it by just doing a schedule of every other day. You can pretty much prevent full-blown addiction by cutting down to 3 days a week or so. I'm probably going to stop once I get my Master's and start my PhD, but it really helps me power through marathon 24-hour lab shifts.

PST>kratom

if you have any kind of an opi tolerance kratom won't do shit for you

what is pst?

i've tried kratom and it generally just makes me sick and constipated

I don't want to say too much, but just google "pst tea". Great for any kind of pain or coping with injury pain and recovery.

oh okay, thanks

kratom isn't like meth at all. it doesnt even give me as much energy as a >sip and ive taken dozens of strains for a year or two

Kratom is about as strong as coffee with the extra downside of nausea instead of insomnia if you take too much.

Kratom is to heroin as coffee is to meth.

In fact it's brewed in a manner not dissimilar to coffee and drank by fuck loads of people every day in southeast Asia.

Avoid this stuff like the plague. It's also a diuretic and I was so high on it I forgot to call into work -- it's just going to fuck your shit up and it's a waste of time and money

unless you are an absolute loser drug addict and this is actually a step down for you

You od'd on it you feeble minded pansy

Really? I had no idea

Different strains have different effects, I've tried the more opioid alike variety and it felt like a mild painkiller, euphoria and body tingling. And I've tried the energy/social anxiety ones and it's a mild stimulant, might have been placebo though.

Either way the effects were not strong or too pronounced and didn't make me want to abuse it because it simply wasn't fun enough to.

What high energy strains have you tried

MaengDa, and one of the colored veins, I forget but there's info out there.

It was very similar to caffeine but probably not as strong. Like I said before the effects were very mild, hardly perceptible except the opioid one.

Here are my meme observations over two days.

Really? I find MD to be the most opiate like

They aren't labled

They are both from my MaengDa strain.

It was a sample dropped off by a vendor that wants us to start carrying kratom. I would not be surprised if they were mislabeled.

gave me gyno. seriously.
