No it doesn't. Bodyfat % and LMM% simply can't vary drastically in a 24 hour period. Changes in LMM take weeks and usually months to visually manifest themselves. Even bodyfat % will take several days of significant caloric surplus to go up. What you're referring to is simply how your body looks in the mirror, which is the result of hydration and things like bloat, which are direct results of diet. If your macro's and hydration aren't consistent from day to day this will cause visible fluctuations in the appearance of leanness and muscle fullness.

Fat storage is based on genetics. Some hold stubborn fat in their lower backs, some on their ass, some on the gut. Only way to know is to commit to a super low BF% cut once in your life and watch your body hit each deposit. For me (and a lot of people) lower back is the last place to go. Can have ridiculous lower ab vascularity, visible serratus, etc, yet still small love handles until I go down to

At the time that photo was taken about 75 days. So two and a bit months.

I'm on about 80 days now. Going for 90 days / 3 months. Will maintain when I hit 80kg and eventually transition into a slow / clean bulk.
