my GOAT oatmeal

>60g fiber one
>200g kiwi
>100g strawberry
>couple shakes of the cinnamon

>handful of chopped nuts

>teaspoon of cinnamon

Been eating it probably 2+ years straight and I still look forward to it everyday.

What is so good about oatmeals it has low amount of protein, and a lot of calories for a little amount of carbs, doesnt taste good

Low gi high fibre carb. Because flavour is so bland, many things can be added to make more tasty.

4g cocoa powder
cinnamon
mix
banana
sometimes throw a bit dark chocolate PB there too

We have jelly and jam in America you stupid yuropoor. Jam = has fruit in it, jelly = no fruit in it

I also like them raw mixed with yogurt and PB
